Welcome to ec333. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the ec333 platform and any user. When you access this website, register, or use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any disagreement or confusion arises, you are advised to contact the ec333 support team. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
ec333 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean that you have accepted the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the ec333 platform:
- The user must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21+ only.
- The user must be capable of managing a valid and active account.
- All information provided during the registration process must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- A user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Account access is entirely personal. Allowing any third party to use the account is not permitted.
ec333 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Registration & Security
Registration Conditions
The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other information provided in the registration form must be completely truthful. If false information is provided, the account will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Password Security
Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. The password must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
Right to Close Account
ec333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, particularly in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of the Terms.
Single Account Only
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be cancelled and bonuses will be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Deposit Rules
The approved payment methods for depositing funds into ec333 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Transactions through methods other than these are not accepted.
Deposited funds must come from the account holder's own payment account. Depositing from a third party's account is prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If urgent verification is required, it may take longer.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is made.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
- ec333 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if any deposit appears suspicious.
- Wagering conditions must be met to withdraw funds earned from bonuses (see Section 5 for details).
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
ec333 will not be held responsible if a transaction fails or funds are sent to the wrong destination due to incorrect information provided by the user. It is the user's responsibility to carefully verify all information before a transaction.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users at ec333 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 will result in a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Conditions
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = wagering ৳37,500 will make winnings from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonus offers apply to eligible accounts only.
- An account may receive a specific bonus offer only once.
- If a withdrawal is attempted without meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus and any earnings from the bonus may be cancelled.
- ec333 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If a bonus is claimed for fraudulent or abusive purposes, the relevant amount will be forfeited.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
ec333 operates as a safe and fair platform. All users are expected to use the platform honestly and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to gain advantage through dishonest means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to steal account information from other users.
- Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
- Colluding with other users to fix outcomes.
If any of the above activities are detected, ec333 will immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any deposited funds and bonuses. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
Game-Related Rules
7.1 Game Results
The results of all games operated on ec333 are determined by an independent and random process. Results received from game providers' servers will be considered final. In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical error or outage, ec333's decision will be final.
7.2 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will remain applicable. If an event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
7.3 Technical Issues
ec333 is not liable if a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, device issues, or technical errors on the user's side. In the event of a server-side error, ec333 will take appropriate steps.

12.2 Closing an Account
A user may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any existing valid withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.
12.3 Consequences of Termination
Whether an account is closed by ec333 or by the user themselves, the rights and obligations of both parties arising under these Terms will remain in effect.
